The Assistant Manager will support the Manager in all aspects of store operations, and will provide guidance in team operations including profitability, expense control, inventory control, buying, merchandising, labor and regulatory compliance and special projects as assigned. The ideal candidate will have previous store operations experience (Inventory, Cost Control, Pricing, Merchandising, Labor Management, Employee relations).
Ideal candidates must have good verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor. Candidate must be personable, guest service driven, self-motivated and must be able to stand for long periods of times. This individual will assist the manager in the following areas:
